🎄Real Estate Associate🎄

A Real Estate Associate will be involved in real estate matters and will develop legal strategies to advance company’s projects and goals.
We are seeking candidates with one to six years of experience (Cyprus-gained) in broad based real estate matters including representing clients, asset management, property management, bank lobbying, drafting and reviewing leases, purchase and sale agreements, conducting researches on relevant legal requirements, learning, leveraging and educating the team on industry best practices and other, relevant benchmarking, etc.

Other requirements:
Fluent English and Russian.
Preferably fluent in Greek too.


☃️General Counsel ☃️

The General Counsel role is a newly created position that will support company’s departments in providing legal services. Among other tasks, this role will serve as a strategic partner to all lines of business and be primarily responsible for negotiating, drafting and reviewing all routine agreements on the organization’s behalf. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently on projects and special assignments as directed by the line manager while escalating issues as appropriate.

Responsibilities:
Primary focus will be to prepare, review and negotiate all varieties of legal documents.
Provide strategic advice and direction on assigned initiatives.
Conduct legal research relating to laws, regulations, judicial decisions, legal articles, and other materials as requested.
Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection laws and regulations.

Requirements:
One year+ of relevant experience gained in Cyprus.
Fluent English and Russian.
Preferably fluent in Greek too.
