We are ready to consider local candidates and the ones wishing to relocate to Cyprus.

Responsibilities:
- Consult and handle corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents);
- Develop company policy and position on legal issues;
- Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks;
- Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations;
- Structure, draft, and review reports and other legal documents;
- Draft and administer all contracts.

🛠Requirements

- Proven background on corporate law in the IT-sphere;
- Specific knowledge and experience in IT and data protection (EU & US);
- Experience in IT-related agreements, licenses is essential;
- Management of clients and projects; strong client-relationships skills;
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail;
- Excellent working knowledge of the English language (Russian will be considered as an advantage).
