We are ready to consider local candidates and the ones wishing to relocate to Cyprus.

Responsibilities:
- Consult and handle corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents);
- Develop company policy and position on legal issues;
- Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks;
- Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations;
- Structure, draft, and review reports and other legal documents;
- Draft and administer all contracts.

🛠Requirements

- Proven background on corporate law in the IT-sphere;
- Specific knowledge and experience in IT and data protection (EU & US);
- Experience in IT-related agreements, licenses is essential;
- Management of clients and projects; strong client-relationships skills;
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail;
- Excellent working knowledge of the English language (Russian will be considered as an advantage).

We a looking for System Architect in CEX.IO, one of the largest international exchanges of the cryptocurrency market and has been ranked among CryptoCompare’s ten best exchange services and Coin Metrics’ trusted service providers.

❗️Requirements:
👉 3+ years of relevant experience in System Architect role;
👉 Strong knowledge of containerization tools and technologies;
👉Basic knowledge of blockchains and how they work;
👉Strong knowledge with solutions based on Linux systems and Cloud solutions;
👉 Great experience with running new instances (nodes), work with backups and performance optimization;
👉 Strong experience with IaC tools;
👉 Deep understanding of GitLab CI/CD;
👉 Knowledge of Bash/Python scripting;
👉 Knowledge of Networking: network topologies, network protocol, services, security;
👉 Solid scripting skills such as: Python, Shell (Bash) will be considered as a big plus.
