✅ Requirements:
✔️ You have 2+ experience in recruitment of IT Specialists and IT Developers locally as well as in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
✔️ Great understanding of local labour market and community resources.
✔️ Preferably degree in Business Administration, HR, Social siences or related field.

✅Duties:
✔️Collect vacancy requirements from internal clients and generate job openings
✔️Proactive search and attraction of potential candidates for the Company
✔️Maintain Candidates Database
✔️Conduct Candidate pre-screening and reference collection
✔️Interviewing process administration (arrangement of meetings, emails to candidates)
✔️Conduct candidates interviewing, testing and reference checking.
