A dynamic IT company is looking for a qualified Accountant to join our team in Cyprus. The perfect candidate will be fluent in Russian and English, Greek will be considered an advantage, and have at least 3 years experience in accounting. Main duties & responsibilities:
Daily data entry to the accounting system
Timely tax reporting in accordance with Cyprus and EU legislation (VAT, VIES, MOSS, Income tax, etc.)
Preparation and review of monthly VAT Returns and VAT Recapitulative statements.
Preparation and review of management accounts and liaising with auditors.
Preparation of the Company’s payroll, social insurance, PAYE
Assisting employees in preparation and submission of IR1
Participation in implementation and testing of accounting software
Ad hoc tasks for accounting and tax matters
Candidate profile:
Relevant education in the field of Finance/Economics/Accounting (BA, MA)
Not less than 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Deep knowledge of Cyprus tax legislation
Knowledge of IFRS reporting standards
Fluency in Russian and English Languages, Greek would be considered an advantage
Competent user of MS Excel, MS Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Open minded team player and willingness to learn
A high level of professionalism and personal integrity

Main duties & responsibilities:
Facilitation of the daily office activities
Liaising with the staff, suppliers, and service providers
Ordering stationery, furniture, office equipment
Maintaining office layout and arranging necessary repairs / modifications
Dealing with correspondence & queries
Travel arrangements (booking transport, accommodation, visa support)
Managing database and filing system
Managing the company property
Candidate profile:
At least 1 year experience in an administrative role
Fluency in Russian and English Languages, Greek would be considered an advantage
Competent user of MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Open minded team player and willingness to learn
A high level of professionalism and personal integrity
Good interpersonal and time management skills
