• Fluent Greek, Russian, English languages is a must
Responsibilities:
• Manages Cyprus office full supply
• Research and presents different kind of information
• Administrating office expenses and billing cycles
• Dealing with migration procedures for employees
• Interacts with top management and carries out their personal requests
• Active role in Office relocation (office plan, sitting spaces, coordinating constructions work, finding parking permissions order furniture, etc)
• Assist to various HR needs
• Administrates IT materials and inventory list
• Researches and provides info regarding various services (Travel agencies, telecom, catering, office maintenance, water suppliers etc.)
• Monitors office expenses and ensures TLFE receives the best offers from providers
• Travel admin functions
