Всем привет! Рассмотрю вакансии в HR - T&D, онбоардинг и адаптация, внутренние коммуникации, корп культура.
Опыт более 7 лет в иностранных компаниях (IT-fintech, автоконцерн).
У меня сть опыт поддержки T&D проектов, онбоардинга и адаптации, организации обучения в разных форматах, опыт отбора провайдеров, разработки обучения, неплохо знаю рынок T&D. Участвовала в кросс-проектах с отделом внутренних коммуникаций - митапы, открытые мероприятия, сессии. Инициировала и развиваю проекты по обучению, корпоративной культуре.
Сейчас в Москве, готова к релокации или удаленной работе.
