Tixee is seeking to hire a Senior IT Project Manager in a highly collaborative position which includes initiation and completion of the planning cycle, execution of business tasks, and managing projects.

The role is located in Limassol, Cyprus

A competitive compensation package (salary range if in CY - 4000-4500 Euro gross) will be offered to the successful applicant which includes company benefits

You are an ideal candidate, if you have:
✔️3-5 years experience in IT Project Management or other IT Management roles;
✔️3 years experience in managing or supervising/assisting a team;
✔️Solid practical experience in ITSM and project management;
✔️In-depth experience with any task tracker tool (Jira, ClickUp, etc.) and other project management tools;
✔️Knowledge of technologies such as Linux/Windows OS, databases, some programming or scripting languages, virtualization, networks, Cloud that will enable easier communication in technical discussions. Deep expertise is required in one of these areas, but general understanding or awareness - in the wide spectrum of modern technologies;
✔️Able to lead and make the best possible decisions under pressure and carry out multiple assignments;
✔️Understand key business metrics and how the work of different teams influence them;
✔️Previous technical hands-on experience as developer, or system administrator;
✔️Any degrees, diplomas or certificates relevant to the role;

✔️To communicate and agree this strategy to all of the relevant teams and stakeholders

You are an ideal candidate if you have:
✔️BSc/MSc Degree in Finance, computer science or in a related field
✔️At least 3 years proven product management experience in the Forex industry
✔️Experience in client-facing application delivery
✔️Strong business insight. General understanding of how to calculate key business metrics: LMAU, EBITDA, ROI, etc.
✔️Strong data analysis skills. Experience of working with BI tools (Power BI, Metabase, Tableau or similar). Able to deeply analyze client experience data via tools like Google Analytics and/or Data Studio
✔️Leadership skills and proven record of successfully driven large scale projects that involved multiple stakeholders
✔️Master in working with product management / task management / project management tools (ClickUp, JIRA, AHA!, Product Plan or similar).
✔️Able to design workflows and customizations there in order to automate daily routines
✔️Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔️Result driven and proactive in a fast-changing environment
✔️English language - of Upper Intermediate or higher level
