- Regulatory Compliance Officer.
Main requirements:
· Strong knowledge of MiFID and other EU regulations in relation to the provision of MiFID investment and ancillary services, fluency in MiFID related legislation
· Fluency with information on CySEC and ESMA web-sites
·  Communicating updated copies of Internal Procedure manual, internal regulations and of any further instructions and rules, that relates to their role and responsibilities in the Company, to all members of staff
· Experience in communication with regulatory bodies
·   Assisting regulatory bodies, auditors etc in performing inspections of the Company’s activities.
