The company is currently scaling their latest mobile strategy game Dystopia: Contest of Heroes with UFC star Conor McGregor.

User Acquisition in Facebook ads, Google Ads, and Unity ads are planned to reach at least 20 million EUR spend in 2021.

Beetroot Lab has 6 UA managers and an in-house team of 15 3D, motion, and VFX artists for developer UA creatives.

The position is full-time in-house or remote.

Net salary 4K—10K EUR/month

Requirements:
— Proven experience as a UA Creative Lead mobile game development studio
— Hands-on experience in UA creative development process
— Experience delivering ads for UA team with at least 1 mil EUR monthly UA budgets
— Experience delivering ads for Facebook, Google Ads, and Unity Ads campaigns
