We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst who has an outstanding combination of technical proficiency, business analysis and project management skills. You’ll be responsible for collaborating with others to analyse, plan, revise and execute digital projects (across core product and/or custom implementations).

The primary functions of this role are to clarify the business needs, refine the infrastructure and workflows, deliver the technical projects.

Key responsibilities
* Gather and document solution requirements. Collect and describe business and technical requirements.
* Refine a business processes, visualise and discover the points of improvements.
* Deliver successful projects to our customers in accordance with agreed schedules for scope, quality and timeline.
* Assist a Product manager in user stories refinement and product features delivering

Qualifications
* 3+ years’ experience in applying principles and practical application of business systems analysis and project management.
* Experience delivering multiple solutions related to payments services
* Demonstrable capability to accurately gather, analyse and interpret data and requirements using varied approaches
* Proven risk identification and mitigation skills
* Excellent communicator across written and verbal methods
* At least intermediate English language. Russian native language.

✅Requirements:

✔️Strong knowledge of PHP7 and their frameworks (Laravel preferable)
✔️Following by good practices: SOLID, KISS, DRY
✔️3+ years of commercial experience with PHP7/Laravel
✔️5+ years of commercial experience in web development
✔️Commercial experience of implementing the RESTful API
✔️Strong knowledge with integrations: RESTful, SOAP, XML-RPC
✔️Commercial experience with Mysql, Redis, Git

✅ It Will be a plus:

✔️Experience with CI/CD and Docker
✔️Any experience with JS: jQuery, ReactJS
