Hi, we are company providing migration and corporate administration services. Looking for a secretary/assistant.
The proper applicant would be representing the company and be the first contact to all visitors. Will deal with incoming calls and emails.
We are looking for a performer who is able to learn quickly and will provide on starting point work related training as well as support from colleagues on all work related topics.
Half working day employment is expected to be from 9 to 13 (negotiable).
Main tasks and areas of activity:
Document management - setup and maintain a systematic approach for paper and digital documents;
Assistance with document filling and preparation;
Office management;
Liaison with government structures on submission and collecting documents;
Customer support;
Requirements:
Professional spoken and written English, Greek; Russian would be an advantage;
Positive and proactive approach;
Result driven attitude;
Email and phone call management mastery;
Solid PC user skills, knowledge and experience in MS Office suite; photo and pdf editing will be an advantage;
Proficiency with office equipment;
Legendary coffee cooking skills;
Legal, office management or HR background would be an advantage.
