Requirements:

· English language (Intermediate or above)

· At least 1 year of previous experience at managing position, preferably in IT

· general understanding of budgeting and finances

· Being proactive in delivering high-quality customer service, work under pressure and also independently if required

· Bachelor degree

Responsibilities:

· Management of IT team (Service desk)

· Responsible for proper functionality of the company

· Resolve problems in a timely manner
