Qualifications and Experience:
·            Fluency in English
·            Degree from a reputable University in Computer Science or equivalent
·            Minimum 3 years of experience, preferable in Financial Secto r
·            Advanced knowledge of Windows & Linux OS
·            Advanced knowledge of Windows Servers 2008,2012,2016
·            Strong knowledge of virtualization technology: VMware ESXI clusters
·            Strong knowledge on Network structures and Network Security
·            Strong knowledge on switching, routing, firewall & load Balancers configuration (Cisco, Sophos, PepLink )
·            Knowledge of Backup and recovery software and methodologies(AnyCloud, Veeam Backup )
·            Experience with Office365 or Exchange
·            Knowledge on VoIP technology (CCME & Freeswitch)
·            Experience with Software/Hardware License Inventory
·            Previous experience with trading platforms (Bloomberg etc.) will be considered an advantage
·            Knowledge of technical requirements by Cysec, MIFID II & FCA will be considered an advantage
·            Excellent communication and documentation skills
 
Job Requirements:
·            Monitor the operational support systems to proactively identify service impacting event s
·            Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software and hardware
·            User account maintenance among various platforms.
·            Identify and recommend changes to enhance systems and network configurations
·            Conduct tests of systems and backups on a regular basis
·            Support the continued operation of current IT infrastructure
·            End User Support
·            Assist in the documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures .
·            Maintain compliant work processes according to applicable regulatory standards
·            Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·            Ability to work in a team -oriented, collaborative environment
·            Strong ability to multi-task and set priorities
·            Strong business and technical analysis skills
·            Must be self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills

2. Registration of new Clients’ accounts in the Company’s Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
3. Liaising with Compliance for the new/existing clients to provide better understanding of clients’ profiles
4. Archiving of all relevant Clients’ documents (identification documents, proof of address, client questionnaires, agreements)
5. Translating all KYC documents to English.
6. Conducting on-going reviews and monitoring of Clients’ details and/information and suitability status (PEP, AML, Sanction lists) post on-boarding
7. Updating the CRM with new and/or up-to-date information
8. Servicing Clients’ requests/queries for information.
9. Undertake any task or activity prescribed to the Client Administration Department by the Company’s Internal Operations Manual and Policies.
