Technical Support Engineer with fluent **English AND Russian
📍Limassol**, office-based
**❗️ Main Duties and Responsibilities:
**- Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints via LiveChat;
- Ability to replicate technical issues reported by users and provide prompt and accurate feedback to them;
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. QA);
- Report bugs according to company internal standards in Jira Ticketing system;
- Ability to adapt to our ever changing and updating product;
**🌟 Candidate Profile:
**- Ability to work a flexible schedule in weekly shift cycles (also nights and weekends);
- Technical knowledge and IT background and previous experience in Customer/Technical Support;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian;
- Experience with Agile development/testing processes;
