Job Description:
• Administration and secretarial support to the CEO
• Calendar, tasks and travelling management for the CEO
• Follow up and co-ordinate projects under the CEO
• Liaise with external authorities (CIFA, ICPAC, CySEC, etc.)
• Personal financial management and planning for the CEO
• Internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO
• Office Manager duties for the office in Nicosia
• HR administration management duties for the ATG Group
• Member of the Business Development team reporting to the CEO
• Responsible for market research for new markets and products
• Preparation of corporate marketing materials and newsletters
• Responsible for the corporate online presence (Web, LinkedIn, and other)
• Responsible for marketing campaigns and one to one presentation
• Responsible for the network of professional intermediaries
• Responsible for the CRM SW for contacts in region under expansion
• Act as a Project Manager for ATG Group projects
• Responsible for the office in Limassol
Good English, strong communication and administrative skills are required
