Qualifications:

* Deep understanding of SEO (algorithms, filters, contextual ranking)
* Functional knowledge of HTML/CSS, little PHP, Wordpress
* Deep understanding of internal website optimization (Not limited to texts/titles)
* At least 3 years SEO work experience
* Experience with multilingual websites
* Ability to provide time-management, set priorities, meet deadlines
* Understanding of all SEO methodologies (Not limited to White-Hat) - Grey / Black
* Experience of withdrawal from under the filters Google (Penguin, Panda and others) and Yahoo
* Experience in creating a pool of copywriters is a plus
* Experience in business process automation is a plus
* Have at least an Intermediate command of English language (both written/oral)

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating international SEO division within the company
- Strategic and Tactical planning of SEO campaigns within current global goals
- Division development, routine tasks automation, creation of copywriters’ pool for several locations
- Creation and development of progression schemes for various groups of websites
- Insertion of innovations into SEO division, experimenting methods
- Strict deadlines, costs prognosis and reporting
- Linear personnel training to further advance their competency and skills
