Our Company provides a highly automated CRM, Client, and Partnership solution catered specifically for Forex brokers.

We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team based in Limassol. Some previous experience is preferred but not essential, however a willingness to learn and take on a new challenge is the key.

Duties:
• Identify and report system and functional issues, and redirect them to the appropriate team members
• Monitor the process until the issue is solved
• Make sure issues are solved within the shortest possible timeframe
• Have a fluent communication with the customers, keeping them updated on the state of their tickets
• Solve configuration-related issues, and inform customers if and how they can solve these issues themselves

Requirements:
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
• Fluent in English and Russian
• Experience in an IT Support role is a plus
