CHIEF SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supporting LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
- Ensuring the design of the system allows all components to work properly together.
- Making recommendations for future upgrades.
- Maintaining network and system security.
- Troubleshooting problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues.
- Monitoring networks to ensure security.
- Evaluating and modifying the system’s performance.
- Maintaining network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.
- Maintaining the integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
- Ensuring network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
- Designing and deploy networks; Maintain network servers such as file servers, and VPN gateways.
- Performing network address assignment.
- Assigning routing protocols and routing table configuration.
- Assigning configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.
- Administering servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, company mobile phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.

Skills/Experience:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Systems or Information Technology.
- Microsoft MCSE certification or similar.
- Past experience administering server-side technology and networked computing systems.
- Familiarity with SQL and database operations.
- Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
- Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills. Patient and professional demeanor, with a can-do attitude.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Reporting directly to the CEO and leading the entire IT function.
- Developing the technical aspects of the Сompany’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
- Managing software engineering teams through cross-functional projects.
- Managing the entire software development team through cross-functional projects.
- Leading technical strategic development to achieve current and future goals.
- Implementing technologies and processes that aid technical efficiency and service quality.
- Ensuring new projects are fit for purpose, delivered as per requirements, on time and to budget.
- Ensuring system and development performance is monitored and enhanced.
- Providing leadership and management guidance and objectively assessing the performance of all direct reports.
- Performing other duties as requested.

Skills/Experience:

- Educated to degree level in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/ is highly desirable
- Previous working experience in a senior technology position within the Forex industry will be considered a significant advantage.
- Previous and demonstrable experience as a CIO/CTO, ideally working within the Financial Services sector is a must.
- Ability to understand and keep up-to-date with new technology development trends and carry out relevant technology reviews in order to develop leading technology products.
- Ability to motivate, coach and mentor large technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- A thirst for knowledge and process improvement.
