**Top candidate has to:
**🔘 Understand both operational and commercial parts of business and has great personality
🔘 Know labor, accounting and tax requirements of Cyprus
🔘 Have experience on the roles, giving a broad business view (Project Manager, Product Manager, Head of business unit, Administration Manager, etc.)
🔘 Speak English fluently. Greek and Russian will be a plus
🔘 Currently live in Cyprus (work permit can be processed)

**Responsibilities:
**🔘 Manage business productivity
🔘 Oversee the company’s budget and expenses
🔘 Serve as a company representative in governmental agencies and commercial institutions, such as tax, social insurance, Migration office, banks and other professional organizations and communities
🔘 Design organizational structure and implement it
🔘 Manage staff: wages, hours, employment, termination, performance management, remuneration schemes, etc.
🔘 Report to the Board of Directors/ Shareholders

My client, a group of Fintech companies owning a range of fintech products is currently looking for a PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER to scale the business and accelerate DIY E-Commerce platform (E-Grocery) in the US and Europe.

We need a self-started and proactive person, who enjoys driving change and seeing fast results, who grasps technology, and has relevant experience:

🔻Background in B2B marketing, early stage startups, or with exposure to small business audiences.
🔻Proven history in successful product marketing scenarios, product launches, market expansion. initiatives, go-to-market campaigns.
🔻Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.

🔻Google Analytics (Heap, Mixpanel, Yandex Metrics) and Tableau.
🔻Facebook, Linkedin, Google targeted marketing tools.
🔻SEO Tools (Screaming Frog, SEMrush, MOZ etc)
🔻Wordpress
🔻English speaker (Upper-intermediate+)

**Conditions:
