The managing company of venture capital fund Flint Capital is looking for a
financial manager to conduct financial, accounting and other tasks specified below. The Company manages two funds.

Responsibilities:

Budget formulation for the operating activities of the funds and management company; preparation of the plan-to-fact analysis.
Maintenance of key metrics on the portfolios of the two funds (IRR and other indicators calculation).
Organization of the financing of operating activities of the two funds and management company, performing required calculations (including calculations of carried interest, management fee, capital calls, late payment interest, distributions and portfolio investments).
Maintenance of Capital accounts for Limited Partners.
Preparation of Management Reports on portfolio companies for two funds.
Preparation of information for Portfolio management for two funds in Excel/PowerBI (incl. monitoring of actual captables of the portfolio companies; assets valuation under internal valuation policy).
Drafting and/or negotiating documents regarding financials, taxes, and accounting of the companies of funds structure by oneself and with the help of service providers in jurisdictions where the fund is presented.
Reviewing any documents in respect of two funds and management company.
Accounting for operating companies and funds (IFRS) personally or using local advisors.
Coordination and/or monitoring of:
i) Filing US tax forms to IRS (PwC Israel) and arrangement of tax payments (K-1s, 1065; 1042);

ii) Filing CRS / FATCA forms;

iii) Filling CY tax forms (CY local advisor);

iv) Audit for the two funds (PwC Israel & Cayman and CY local auditor).

Cooperating on the financial matters with the following persons and bodies:
i) Banks servicing funds structures;

ii) Portfolio companies;

iii) Contractors of the funds;

iv) Regulators (e.g. CIMA).

Requirements:

English: upper-intermediate.
Knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP.
Work experience in the financial sphere for more than 3 years, working in international corporations, Big 4 or investment bank is a plus.
