Position: Back Officer

**Main responsibilities:
**- Settlements of the transactions - submitting instructions to the custodians, payments initiation, control
- Monitors executed transactions
- Reflection of the trades and transactions in the back-office system
- Monitoring of daily operations in the prime broker reports (OTC, derivatives, funds/securities transfers)
- Daily distribution of coupon / dividend income, monitoring of automated procedures
- Updating of the system/records of the client/own account (i.e. funds and/or securities to/from client’s accounts
- Maintenance of separate records for each client regarding securities and funds held on account
- Free of payment transfers execution
- Reviewing of client’s reports, identification of the discrepancies and problem solving
- Reviewing automated reconciliations of trades, problem solving
- Cooperation with IT department and back offices of holding companies
**Requirements:
**- 3+ years of experience in operating unit of investment firm
- Fixed income /equities/ derivatives settlement experience
- Clear understanding of the trade lifecycle, transaction documentation types, securities market participants
- Knowledge of fixed income pricing, trading
- Base knowledge of accounting, record keeping and financial reporting
- Fluent in spoken Russian and written English
- Proactive and organized person with the ability to work unsupervised
- Cyprus based or willing to relocate
