Key responsibilities
•Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
•Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
•Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
•Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
•Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology, and product delivery
•Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
•Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner
•Creation of the reports
•Research and source new potential providers

**Job requirements
**•Fluent English as must
•Previous working experience as an Account Manager
•Problem-solving and negotiation skills
•Attention to details and good active listening skills
•Technical literacy and experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
•Experience in customer services will be an advantage
•Solid experience with CRM software will be an advantage (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot)
