Responsibilities
Research new payment methods by market
Optimise the routing of payment transactions
Configure and manage 3rd party systems and tools
Coordinate the integration and launch new Payment Methods/PSPs
Perform testing and quality assurance throughout integration
Perform testing of payment methods on production
Follow up with providers on performance, KPIs and transaction troubleshooting
Manage day-to-day 3rd-party relationships, develop strong relations with PSP
Optimise acceptance rate for credit card providers, bank and e-wallet payment methods
Maintain, review and optimise operational procedures and configurations of payment providers
Update and improve the current PSP processes continually

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of payments, risk and fraud from the Gambling industry
Experience in working with Payment Providers
Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
Broad knowledge of the payments landscape
Analytical capabilities
