TrafficStars is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Support Agent to join our growing team in Cyprus and assist towards the customer support and compliance issues across our Ad Network.

Your responsibilities:
•Typically review around 100 online advertising campaigns per day;
•Approve or reject campaigns according to specific criteria;
•Resolve customer complaints via Intercom;
•Advise on company information;
•Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.

Our expectations:
•EU-citizenship or valid work permit is a must;
•Excellent speaking and written English skills (Russian or any other language would be a great plus);
•Experience working with customer support;
•Experience using vpn and proxy;
•Basic knowledge of Google requirements;
•High attention to the details.
