Vacancy in Limassol, Personal Assistant
Requirements:
+ previous work experience required (Secretary or Personal Assistant)
+ good organizational and time management skills
+ good oral and written communication skills in Greek, English (additional language is a plus)
+ knowledge of standard software packages
+ EU-citizenship or valid work permit is a must
Responsibilities:
- acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
- miscellaneous tasks to support the manager
