We are currently expanding and are looking for a highly motivated and talented Affiliate Manager (Limassol) preferably with experience in digital and affiliate marketing.
They will be responsible for developing existing partner channels and looking for new ones.
Responsibilities:
Implement affiliate marketing strategy:
research and acquisition of new partners;
retention and growth of affiliate accounts;
analysis of cooperation and optimization;
setting clear team goals and plan strategies for optimization;
affiliate networks set-up and management.
Maintain new and existing relations with online resellers and distribution partners worldwide;
Participate in planning and implementation of joint promotions with partners: provide supporting marketing collaterals; monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations;
Deliver regular reports of campaign results;
Accompany OEM deals: research of new partner, negotiations, signing a contract, preparing materials;
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Background:
Master's degree in engineering, marketing or business preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing. Experience in affiliate marketing in a software industry and/or previous OEM account management experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills.
Self-starter, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneous.
Highly organized with strong follow up skills.
Great communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent time and project management skills.
