Hi! International Company ASBIS - IT products and solutions is looking for Procurement Specialist and Operational Administrator:
• Location: CY office
• To service ASBIS Group all offices as Procurement Specialist / Purchase and Supply manager / Operational administrator for Server Assembling Group
• Brands for covering = all server components brands
• Education = IT devices, computing systems
• Experience = 2Yrs
What Employee will do:
• Processing incoming purchase applications for server equipment and other components for the projects in different locations
• Analyzing the Server Assembling Group’s needs and replenishing the stock of unique components and spare parts at storage points (DC CZ)
• Keeping the sales teams and/or project managers up to date with the estimated dates of arrival (ETA) and prices
• Work with the current list of suppliers,
• Making suggestions on adding preferred suppliers to the list as a result of market research
• Placing purchase orders after receiving quotas
• Controlling the settlements with suppliers and the correctness of billing and other shipping documents
Employee’s required Skills:
• Knowledge of English (not lower than Upper-Intermediate)
• Ability to negotiate equipment price optimization with suppliers
• Knowledge of the specific aspects of new and used equipment brokers work and ability to negotiate with them
• Ability to interact with sales teams
• Entry-level knowledge of IT-components and computer equipment (server’s and data center’s equipment knowledge is most welcome)
