Required Qualifications:
• Proficient English (preferably native), Russian language would be an advantage
• University Graduate in law (LPC preferred), minimum 2.1,

Job Description:

Ищу к себе в команду аналитика, а может даже двух - как пойдет.

Работа-мечта: участвовать в построении стартапов с нуля внутри стартап-студии. Нас мало, но мы в тельняшках и успешно строим новые бизнесы в IT уже 12 лет. Мы все еще стартап, но успешны и построили уже не одну прибыльную компанию.

Задачи, которые предстоит решать:

-Участие в поиске, валидации и запуске бизнес моделей.
-Работа в Sensor Tower, Similar Web и других системах аналитики с задачами поиска информации
-Участие в проверке гипотез прототипов и MVP;
-Участие в построении системы аналитики для нужд startup studio: дашборды, агрегация данных из разных аналитических систем, автоматическое обнаружение трендов, поиск новых инструментов аналитики


Требуемый опыт работы:

-Опыт работы на позиции аналитика или продуктового аналитика - работа с числами и бизнес-моделями. В идеале, если продукт - мобильное приложение, совсем идеально, если оно было глобальным.
-Опыт работы в стартапе или управления продуктом в небольшом стартапе
-Опыт непосредственного участия в построении продукта: определение и мониторинг ключевых метрик продукта, выработка рекомендаций по улучшению метрик, конкурентный анализ: умение видеть плюсы и минусы продуктов конкурентов

Умение связно излагать свои мысли, как письменно, так и устно
Хорошее знание математики и статистики
Знание юнит-экономики
Владение экселем на хорошем уровне
Понимание принципов Lean, Customer Development, Agile
Умение строить финансовые модели

Желателен опыт работы в современных системах мобильных аналитики: AppAnnie, Sensor Tower и других

• Location: CY office
• To service  ASBIS Group all offices as Procurement Specialist / Purchase and Supply manager / Operational administrator for Server Assembling Group
• Brands for covering = all server components brands
• Education = IT devices, computing systems
• Experience = 2Yrs
 
What Employee will do:
• Processing incoming purchase applications for server equipment and other components for the projects in different locations
• Analyzing the Server Assembling Group’s needs and replenishing the stock of unique components and spare parts at storage points (DC CZ)
• Keeping the sales teams and/or project managers up to date with the estimated dates of arrival (ETA) and prices
• Work with the current list of suppliers,
• Making suggestions on adding preferred suppliers to the list as a result of market research
• Placing purchase orders after receiving quotas
• Controlling the settlements with suppliers and the correctness of billing and other shipping documents
 
Employee’s required Skills:
• Knowledge of English (not lower than Upper-Intermediate)
• Ability to negotiate equipment price optimization with suppliers
• Knowledge of the specific aspects of new and used equipment brokers work and ability to negotiate with them
• Ability to interact with sales teams
• Entry-level knowledge of IT-components and computer equipment (server’s and data center’s equipment knowledge is most welcome)
