Hi, our investment company is seeking to recruit Office Administrator/Private Assistant for Limassol office:
○Job Description:
Acting as first point of contact for the Director, dealing with e-mail correspondence and phone calls;
•Managing diaries, organizing meetings;
Managing personal and business communications;
Arranging and booking travel, accommodation and transport for the Director and employees;
○Required Qualifications:
Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources/ Management;
Minimum 1-year work related experience is needed;
Fluency in English. Knowledge of Greek and Russian will be considered as advantage;
