__**Job Requirements
**Relevant job experience not less than 3 years
Experience in accounting for foreign companies, knowledge of the basics of foreign economic activities
Knowledge of IFRS for financial statements preparation
Good knowledge of MS Office, QuickBooks and familiarity with relevant computer software
Understanding of the legislation and taxation system of the Republic of Cyprus
Work permit for Cyprus
Fluent in English, Russian and Greek (verbal and written)

4 employees
300 transaction per month excluding mass payments
**Job Responsibilities
**Book-keeping of all accounting documents and recording transactions in the accounting system
Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors
Preparation and submission of VAT and VIES reports
Preparing Financial statements for Month end and for audit
Processing daily transactions and reconciliations with banks and payment systems
Payroll records, social insurance calculation and payment, etc.
Assessing agreements for any tax or VAT implications;
Provide effective support and back-up to colleagues when necessary and as required
Liaising with management, auditors, debtors and creditors, banks, tax authorities etc.
**Probationary tasks
**Organization of accounting and tax accounting in the company
Preparation of financial statements for 2018 for an audit
Registration and reflection in accounting of intellectual property objects
Document management
Reducing the time for closing the period and reporting
