Responsibilities / Requirements
• Practical experience of company administration work in Cyprus, preferably with a reputable international service provider (1-2 years)
• Experienced in dealing with Cypriot regulatory bodies and institutions
• Ability to monitor compliance with FATCA and CRS regulations on a global basis, including the overseas branches and subsidiaries
• Should be experienced in CIMA compliance and Cayman Law practical applications
• Knowledgable in AML/CFT requirements in Cayman Islands, able to hold AMLCO/MLRO/DMLRO position
• Previous experience in a similar role in a private equity fund would be considered a significant advantage
