We are hiring

DeStream is in search of an experienced Streamer Partnership Manager for
Europe. In this position, you will be responsible for developing, supporting and
managing streamers and influencers/
content creators (CC)
on platforms like twitch, youtube, mixer.
You will also play an integral role in esports and convention events to
make sure our partnered streamers have what they need to work productively with us.
Collaborating closely with various teams including community managers, marketing,
product managers, you will be responsible for partnership management to engage,
excite, and troubleshoot, with the goal to drive traffic, engagement, brand loyalty and
influence streamers/influencers to become DESTREAM ambassadors.

Responsibilities :
• help and support CC
• create tactics and strategies and build long-term loyalty with CC
• planning and managing database/list of CC
• attend at local and global events/meet-ups/conferences
• push and «sell» our idea and product to CC
• identify, develop and acquire CC
• working under smart KPI

Qualifications:
• you are probably media person, pro (ex) gamer, streamer/let’s player, well known in gaming/streaming community
• working experience 2+ in a similar role
• strong communications and negotiation skills (strategic thinking and leadership)
and the ability to interface effectively with both gamers and developers
• working experience with influencers, CC on video gaming market (twitch,
youtube, mixer, etc)
• huge deal if you able to organize events/meet-up for CC
• benefit familiarity with main CC (personal good relationships)
• lang: en + de/es + any additional lang is good
• remote working and self organize

Advantages:
• living in EU (there could be exceptions)

Annual: 45-55k EURO
