The candidate we are looking for should be:
- Having finance or tourism related higher education
- English language competence both speaking and writing
- Russian language competence speaking and ideally also writing
- Some relation to tourism is necessary, either through education or through work experience (whatever jobs, even as a guide during student years) – не обязательно
- Experience in Reporting, knowledge of IFRS
- Perfect XLS skills
 
- ACCA or anything similar is a big plus (но не обязательно)
 
Duties:
- Reporting and analytical work at our businesses
- Preparing IFRS packages
- Coordinating some day-to-day operational work
 
Notes:
- Training will be provided to the candidate, the tasks are not very complicated for somebody with financial background
- I expect a hands-on person with some work experience but not a top management
- The person will NOT be a Director and will NOT be a signatory for the company
