No, this is not possible with Net Metering. Net metering is linked to a single electricity meter and serves only the specific property where the photovoltaic system is installed. It cannot be used to combine or offset electricity consumption for a second house with a different meter, nor can a single electricity bill be issued for both properties.
The only way is with Virtual Net Billing, you must terminate the Net Metering Agreement/Contract and submit a new application for Virtual Net Billing.
Please consult your photovoltaic installation company.

если я правильно понял - то это net ~~metering~~ billing только панели стоят не там где потребитель
Это понятно. Вопрос сколько бюрократии на все эти оформления
