IMP тоже было около нуля (но больше нуля)

подать на net metering можно только до 31.07.2025
с 01.08.2025 останется только net billing

Обещают изменить тарифы для net billing'a:
"Net billing for new installations after the system announcement will not offset kilowatt-hour production but rather the low price of electricity when generated by solar panels against the higher price when grid electricity is consumed by panel owners."

Т.е. net billing будут продавать избыток EAC'у (TCO) по фиксированной цене (которая ниже чем для "обычного" электричества)
или другими словами - больше не будет "хранения" избыточного электричества в сети - стимулируют ставить аккумуляторы (с 01.08.2025 станут обязательными), что бы не продавать своё электричество задёшево и не покупать у EAC задорого

как я понимаю - бессрочный, пока недвижимость подключена к EAC

тут даже тем, кто подключен по net metering без ripple control - этот ripple control доставить не имеют права

возможна проблема в другом - если человек поставит 4kW, а через год захочет 10kW - получается, что легально только через установку net billing
