Я подумал что может кто то сделает бота для пунктов сбора помощи? Или сайт.

Агрегировать все пункты и дать им возможность написать часы работы, что им нужно привезти, чего хватает и не нужно покупать

Я думаю в этом чате достаточно людей кто может написать это быстро. а так же много волонтеров которые могут обзванивать раз в два часа и обновлять инфу в боте

Получается что везут очень много помощи и ответить некогда? Ну тогда и не нужен бот и координация.

1) Transfers of fire-affected people
2) Transfers of volunteers who need to go help in any of the sorting / gathering spots and don't own a car
3) In case is needed, drivers can drop off stuff in any of the fire affected areas
