Про баки - я так понял, что если их нет у вас в прямой видимости, вы должны выкладывать сортированный мусор в дни проезда машин. Видел список таких районов, кажется тоже на green dot. Прям публичных баков почти и нет, они обычно принадлежат дому/ресторану, но часто доступны посторонним.
