What are the changes as regards the items originating from outside the European Union?

The changes concern items containing goods (items of correspondence as well as documents are not affected). The changes are:

As of 1st January 2021, the United Kingdom is not a member of the European Union and as a result, postal items are subject to customs control.
As of 15th May 2021, the Import Control System (ICS2) Release 1 for the pre-loading check of postal items originating from outside the European Union will be implemented by the Cyprus Customs Authorities.
As of 1st July 2021, the e-Commerce Regulation will be implemented. The threshold of value of €17,09 will be removed and therefore, all items regardless of value will be subject to V.A.T.

с 1го июля при получении любой посылки не из ЕС будет обкладываться VAT
Тоесть все посылки будут облагаться как минимум Custom fee (на сколько помню это около 4.5 EUR)
