The Tenant shall pay upon signing of this agreement the amount of EURO Х.- as a first rent and the amount of EURO Х.- as deposit to be used for damages or losses to the premises during the Tenancy. This amount or any unused part thereof shall be refundable to the Tenant after expiration of the contract.
