Сегодня официальный ответ пришел, что виза не закэнселена, но до конца недели нужно срочно подать документы на ее продление, а не на подачу новой.

Документы на продление визы SPOUSE EMPLOYEE (пусть болтается в чатике, может кому полезно будет):

1. Original contract of employment of the sponsor’s spouse, duly signed and stamped - validation for the next 18 months
2. Copy of the sponsor’s passport.
3. Copy of Rental agreement, duly signed and stamped
4. Valid health Insurance Policy for the sponsor and his family members that covers inpatient and outpatient care as well as transportation of corpse (Plan A), automatically renewable, OR
Registration Certificate in the General Healthcare System (GHS – GESY) and private health insurance for inpatient health care and transportation of corpse (for sponsor and all family members).
5. Contract of employment of the sponsor, duly signed and stamped.
6. Sponsor’s Income Tax Returns, for the previous year
7. Sponsor's social insurance number
8. Sponsor’s bank accounts’ statements for the last 3 months
9. Sponsor’s utility (phone, electricity or water) bills.
10. Assumptions of responsibility document

я к тому, что надеюсь никто не встретится с такой проблемой =)

Если я не ошибаюсь, эта виза просто дает возможность работать, при наличии контракта. Обычная family reunification не дает права работать.
